Good to Know
We currently ship within the United States only, via USPS, at a flat rate of $7.95 per order. Every order is hand-poured from an authentic bottle and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase.
All sales are final. Because each decant is hand-poured into its container specifically for your order at the time of purchase, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used product.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us at olivermoodieh@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
At checkout, we collect what's needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, and shipping address. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe — your card details are never seen or stored by Decant Dive.
We don't currently offer customer accounts, so nothing is stored beyond what's needed to fulfill and record your order. We don't sell or share your information with third parties, and we don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.
